ReplyDeleteI heard what happened was he was arrested, handcuffed and spent a couple of days in jail. What a joke this guy is. He represented me not too long ago and screwed the entire case up with his gross incompentence and self-serving dishonesty but not before he cheated me out of my retainer for work he never performed. I had to hire another lawyer to fix ALL of his screwups.
Stay away from clowns posing as lawyers like this guy.
Here is the truth: I missed a court date on a traffic ticket. The court issued a bench warrant. When I received notice in the mail, I went to the Westminster Court, appeared before the Judge, admitted that I'd missed my court date, and paid a fine. The warrant was recalled. No Arrest. No Handcuffs. No Jail.
